Health
Major Medical
- CeS provides all employees with comprehensive health insurance coverage with a Preferred
Provider Organization (PPO). All premiums are fully paid by CeS and cover all employees as
well as their families. All in-network charges are covered at 100% after a $10 co-pay.
Prescription drugs are also provided at 100% after a $10 co-pay.
Dental
- CeS offers a choice provider when it comes to keeping up with employees’ dental
needs. We provide a comprehensive PPO plan that provides 100% coverage for all Preventive
Services and 80% for Basic Services after a $50 deductible is met.
Vision
- We provide an extensive vision plan that provides every consultant and dependent with
accessible vision care. In-network eye exams are covered at 100%, frames at 100% up to
$60, standard lenses at 100%, and contact lenses at 100%.
Life/AD&D
- We provide all employees with Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment
benefits that are equal to $50,000. In addition, through our health insurance policy, all
employees receive an additional $15,000 of life insurance coverage.
Wealth
Salary and Bonus
- Complete e Solutions offers one of the most competitive salary structures in the

No Vacation Policy
- At Complete e Solutions, we feel that all employees should be treated as adults. With
that in mind, our vacation policy is - we don't have a vacation policy. We trust our
employees to take vacation when they choose - recognizing the needs and requirements of
their project teams and coworkers.
