Systems Analyst - Responsibilities include gathering and
analyzing business requirements; designing system functionality; programming, testing and
implementing electronic solutions for our clients.
DBA - Responsibilities include installing databases on multiple
platforms (NT, UNIX), converting logical data models to physical data models, and
performing enhancements to or tuning the database. Candidates should have strong oral and
written communication skills, and be able to mentor teams. Candidates should have 4-8
years of prior consulting experience or industry experience and 1 year as DBA.
Technical Lead - Responsibilities include designing overall
technical architectures, which include identifying middleware, system interfaces, and
network infrastructure. Candidates should have familiarity with middleware, system
interface design/development, as well as network infrastructure. Candidates should have a
background in programming and a solid understanding of databases, strong oral and written
communication skills and be able to mentor teams. Candidates should have 4-7 years of
prior consulting experience or industry experience and 2 years experience as a technical
lead.
Project Managers - Responsibilities include interacting with
clients, establishing and managing the project schedule and mentoring teams delivering
technology-enabled solutions to our clients. Candidates should have knowledge and
experience with Internet technologies, strong oral and written communication skills and
the ability to build and mentor teams. Candidates should have 3-5 years of prior
experience including the management of project teams of 3-7 resources in size.
